1 tablespoon instant coffee
50 g sugar
40 g cornflour
20ml marsala wine
100g dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons chocolate curls
Insert StirAssist, and add the coffee, sugar, cornflour and Marsala. Close lid and remove measuring cup.
Select STEW P1 and press START to begin cooking.
After 30 seconds of cooking, slowly pour milk into bowl through the feed shoot.
At the end of the cooking time, add the dark chocolate. Select 90C /4 minutes,/ STIR SPEED 2 and press START. At the end of the cooking time pour into a slice pan and refrigerate until set.
Garnish with chocolate curls and cut into slices to serve.
